Please note that there is a one-off €20 sign-up fee for the basic Drop-In membership, which then allows you to buy the 1-Hour Passes and the Day Passes.
1 Hour Pass – €5 (Excluding VAT)
Perfect for short visits, quick meetings, or virtual calls.
Day Pass – €30 (Excluding VAT)
Great if you need a full day of focused work in a professional space.
60 Hour Monthly Pass – €150 (Excluding VAT)
Ideal for regular use as our most cost-effective package. It includes 60 hours of access, valid for the calendar month in which it’s purchased.
With this pass, the €20 sign-up fee and complimentary hours are waived.

How to Get Started
Getting started with a Drop-In Membership at Grand Central is quick, easy, and entirely online. You can be set up and working within minutes:
1. Create Your Account
Start by signing up here. You’ll just need to complete a short registration and pay a one-time sign-up fee of €20 (excluding VAT), which is waived with the 60-hour monthly pass.
This includes two complimentary coworking hours. Just sign up, and we’ll arrange a time for your first visit to get you comfortable.
2. Buy Your Time Online
Once your account is set up, log in and choose the number of coworking hours or day passes that best suit you.
Our secure online portal makes purchasing and managing your hours fast and straightforward.
3. Check In and Start Working
Drop in anytime Monday through Friday between 8:45 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. Hop in the lift and tap the 5th floor. Scan in and find a desk that suits your mood.
No bookings or reservations are needed, but you can reserve your favourite hot desk.
4. Top Up Whenever You Need
Running low on hours? You can top up anytime by logging into your member portal.
Additional hour passes are always available, so you stay in control of when and how you work.
Frequently Asked Questions
Can I buy more hours later?
Yes, absolutely. You can purchase additional hours or passes at any time through your Grand Central member portal. The process is quick, secure, and available 24/7.
Are Hot Desks available with a Drop-In Membership?
Yes. Drop-in Members have access to Grand Central’s Hot Desk area. Simply arrive during access hours, choose any available desk, and start working.
There’s no need to reserve a seat in advance.
What happens if I don’t use my hours before they expire?
Drop-in hour passes are valid for three months from the date of purchase. If they are not used within that time frame, they, alongside your membership, will automatically expire. To get the most out of your hours, ensure you use them before their expiration date.
Note: The 60-hour monthly pass is an exception and must be used within the same calendar month it was purchased (from the 1st to the 31st).
Is meeting room access included with my Drop-In Membership?
Yes, meeting room use is included at no extra cost and is available to Drop-In members during standard hours. Usage is subject to availability, so we recommend checking in at reception or reserving in advance where possible.
Can I use my Drop-In Membership on weekends?
No, Drop-In access is available Monday to Friday from 8:45 am to 6:00 pm. Weekend access is not included.
