Drop-In
Drop-In pricing options are flexible and can fit in with your budget. To keep revenue streams healthy no deposits are payable and Drop-In hours are valid for 3 months from purchase. Use of the building is between 08:45 to 18:00 from Monday to Friday and time is measured in 15 minutes blocks; great for simply, well, dropping-in! When you arrive just pick any available Drop-In desk or reserve your favourite in advance.
- Sign-up for €20, which includes an access card preloaded with your first 2 hours
- By the hour €5 or by the day €30
- Drop-in 60 is €150/month. This is a special option, providing sixty hours to use as you want throughout each calendar month. If you need more you can buy them at the regular Drop-In rate.

Coworking is for you if you’d like a personal, dedicated space rented by the month with 24×7 access, or you need somewhere to register your company without the commitments and expenditure of renting or owning your own offices. If you commit to 3 months then for just €350 per month, plus one month’s deposit, you could be working from your own personal desk complete with lockable drawers. If you just want to play it by ear each month then it’s €399 per month. Or pay just €1750 for 6 months in advance – that’s equivalent to only €292 per month, more than 25% off. All options come complete with free access to the meeting rooms in both buildings, and the first €5 of printing free each month. There are no hidden extras like cleaning or storage fees. It is a traditional 6-storey Maltese townhouse which we opened in 2017. It has 350m2 of floor space and houses 11 offices ranging from 1 to 15 desks, meeting rooms, lounge and kitchen, and roof terrace.
The loft style 5th floor is 6m high with a fully glazed end wall overlooking the harbour. We opened the 5th floor in the spring of 2022 and the 4th in the autumn of 2023. Over these two floors we house 14 offices for from 1 to around 20 desks, lounge and kitchen, two terraces, meeting room, plus the coworking and drop-in desks.
